Delivery is available Australia wide.

Customers purchasing from outside of 75km from the Melbourne CBD, please email enquiry@stelier.com.au to arrange delivery and freight details. 
At Stelier we arrange dispatch of online orders daily and aim to send your order to you the next day, unless the item is a made to order product type.
Postage time frames can depend on your location and be impacted by public holidays and weekends.

DELIVERY ADDRESS 

Please ensure you provide a residential or commercial business address for delivery.

FREIGHT & DELIVERY CHARGES

All freight and delivery charges are paid directly to a third party service and are non-refundable.
A standard fee is applied for delivery to Victoria metro areas within a 75 km radius of the CBD. 
Other states and areas outside Victoria 75 km CBD will need to be evaluated individually.

DELIVERY SERVICE 

All orders attribute standard delivery to ground floor only. This does not include bringing item/s into your premises and where access is an issue your item/s will be delivered to the closest threshold of your address. 
If you require your order to be delivered above ground floor or into your premises please contact enquiry@stelier.com.au and obtain a quote for our white-glove premium delivery service.

At Stelier we offer complimentary storage for 3 months (12 weeks).
